Use of Services: When engaging with features such as therapist-created content or live Events, you may provide responses to specific questions (e.g., weeks post-loss), comments, and feedback. If you enable your camera/microphone during Events, your image, voice, and username may be visible to others.

Content Submissions: If you participate in interviews or submit forms, we collect the information you share, including any voice recordings or written responses.

Communications: When you contact us, we collect your contact details and the content of your message. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and may track email engagement.

Careers: If applying for a job, we collect your resume and any demographic or voluntary information you submit (e.g., gender, race, veteran status). If applying via LinkedIn, we collect public profile data.

Payment Information: All payment data is collected and processed securely by our third-party payment provider.

B. Information We Collect Automatically

Audio/Video Recordings: Some Events may be recorded, but only the speaker’s audio/video is captured. We prohibit unauthorized recordings through our Terms of Service, but cannot prevent Users from capturing sessions externally.

Connected Accounts: If you link third-party accounts (e.g., calendar, video platforms), we may receive relevant information. You can manage sharing permissions via those third-party platforms.
